Daniel advises public and private clients on contracting requests, PPPs, Public Works, Asset Leasing, Business Opportunities, among other types of partnerships and privatization measures. He also assists clients in the structuring and drafting of contractual instruments underlying public and private infrastructure projects, as well as in the development and presentation, to the Public Administration, of Claims for Economic-Financial Rebalancing of Concession, PPP and Public Works Contracts. He has experience in the areas of litigation and consultancy in Public Law, with an emphasis on Public-Private Business, Public Tenders and Calls, Infrastructure Law and Regulatory Law.

He also assists clients of the private sector in structuring and drafting contracts for infrastructure public and private projects, including preparation and submission to the Public Authorities of Applications to Restore the Economic-Financial Equilibrium of Concession, PPP and Public Works contracts.

She has large experience in the formation and structuring of governance for associations and foundations, drafting articles of incorporation, regulations, bylaws and other corporate documents, execution of contracts with private enterprises and governments, utilization of immunities and tax exemptions, among other works. Luiza also advises clients in social responsibility and sustainability projects.
